COLFS Clinic Escondido Consolidation is Complete!

It’s official! We have consolidated all COLFS Medical Clinic Operations to our office in Escondido. Moving forward, all in-person appointments will be scheduled at 362 W. Mission Ave. Ste. 105 Escondido, CA 92025. We are now open 6 days a week and our excellent team of medical providers are ready to serve you.

We know that this is a long drive for some of our patients, so we are also offering virtual Telehealth Visits so our medical staff can provide you compassionate healthcare from the comfort of your home.

We are also exploring options for part time satellite office hours to extend our reach in a cost effective manner.
