Job Description: Patient Services Manager

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to join our team to help us deliver high-quality care and services to our patients. The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for managing patient marketing initiatives, web content updates, and SEO or other strategies to attract new patients. Additionally, they will oversee patient support programs to ensure that patients receive the best possible support while in our care. The successful candidate will also communicate with our general patient population and collaborate with other medical centers, especially pregnancy resource centers.


  • Develop and implement patient marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
  • Manage the clinic's website and ensure that it is updated regularly with relevant and engaging content.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the clinic's online presence and increase search engine visibility.
  • Oversee patient support and advocate programs and consider and develop new ones if needed.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the clinic's medical staff and other departments to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as community organizations and healthcare providers.
  • Communicate with patients via email, phone, and in-person to provide updates, reminders, and other information.
  • Coordinate with other medical centers, especially pregnancy resource centers, to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  • Provide general patient communication and support, including responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage patient data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date in the clinic's electronic medical record system; produce reports for measuring goal success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the clinic's patient services.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in patient services or marketing in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing websites and implementing SEO strategies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Passion for serving families and women in need, especially those in challenging pregnancy situations.
  • Aligned with COLFS Medical Clinic mission.
