GEORGE DELGADO, MD
Director of Medical Operations
Dr. Delgado strives to provide the highest quality of personalized medical care, always respecting the sanctity of the gift of human life. He is board certified in family medicine as well as in hospice and palliative medicine.
He welcomes patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. He seeks to establish a partnership with patients and their families to serve them as a trusted healer, educator, advisor and supporter.
His special interests include NaProTECHNOLOGY, bioethics, skin surgery and behavioral health. He and his staff are available to help women and families in difficult pregnancy circumstances and are fluent in Spanish.
He received his undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s College of California where he graduated summa cum laude and received the biology department’s top honor — the Carlos Freitas Award. He attended medical school at University of California, Davis and completed his residency training at Santa Monica/UCLA Hospital.

KAREN SAROKI, MD
Lead Physician
Dr. Saroki is a San Diego native who attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate training, and majored in Integrative Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Saroki attended medical school at the University of Michigan and completed her family medicine residency training at University of North Carolina Hospitals. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is an NFP Medical Consultant trained in NaProTECHNOLOGY. Dr. Saroki is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

GEORGINE DE ROTH, MD
Physician
Dr. De Roth grew up in Montreal, Canada, and received her medical degree from McGill University. She completed her residency training in family medicine at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada, and eventually relocated to the United States. Dr. De Roth is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice for over 20 years. Prior to joining COLFS Medical Clinic, she most recently served as a physician volunteer at San Jose Clinic in Houston, Texas, a clinic providing quality healthcare services to those with limited access to care. Dr. De Roth was awarded The President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2018 and 2021, as well as the Mrs. Katie Carroll San Jose Clinic Volunteer of the Year award in 2020.
Dr. De Roth’s professional interests include geriatrics, preventive medicine, diabetic care, and mental health. She believes in treating her patients with dignity, respect, andcompassion. Dr. De Roth provides each of her patients with individualized care and enjoyspartnering with them to improve the quality of their health and their overall well-being.

ATEFEH ESLAMI, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Atefeh is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine care. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego and continued to obtain her Masters of Science Degree at Hofstra University in New York. Ms. Eslami is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and New York State Society of Physician Assistant (NYSSPA) and is committed to providing quality compassionate care to all her patients.

KATIE GRAUERHOLZ, ANP-BC

KARA ANDROMALOS, RN
Registered Nurse
Kara is an Ohio native who completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Capital University in Columbus, OH. Kara has worked in multiple care settings in multiple states over her 5 years as a nurse including Medical/Surgical units, Postpartum/Newborn care units, and women’s health clinics. Kara loves to get to know her patients and is committed to providing quality care to them.

MARICAR GAGUCAS, MBA
Medical Operations Manager
Maricar has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 5 years now. She is the Medical Operations Manager of COLFS Medical Clinic and is responsible for the operations and administration side of the medical office. Maricar is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Certified EKG Technician, and Certified Billing & Coding Specialist.

PRISCILLA GARCIA, MA
Assistant Clinic Manager
Priscilla completed her medical assistant externship at COLFS and has been with us since 2011. She previously worked as a caregiver where she found her love and passion for patient care.

CLARISSA MORENO
Patient Services Manager
Clarissa has been a COLFS volunteer since 2016. She has now taken the role of Patient Services Manager. Clarissa graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Electromechanical Engineering in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drinking large sums of coffee, and cooking a good meal.
